The workshop took place at Loryma Resort in Turunc, Marmaris, Turkey. We thank staff and administration of Loryma, which extended every courtesy to the attendees and gave us an opportunity to meet in a stunning location by the sea. They did everything in their power to help us with all logistic issues related to bring people from all over the world to this meeting and helped create the perfect atmosphere for this meeting.
