Submitted papers will be evaluated by the committee and travel expenses will be covered by a NATO ARW grant for selected speakers. Note however that funds are limited and that refunds are only possible for speakers from NATO, Partner, Mediterranean Dialogue, Global Partner and Istanbul Cooperative Initiative Countries.
